Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement

All volunteers in the program who have direct contact with applicants, mentors, or youth, or who have access to information about applicants, mentors or youth must sign a volunteer confidentially agreement. This agreement will be witnessed by program staff.

Volunteers involved only as members of the Advisory Committee, or one of the sub-committees of the project, are not required to sign a volunteer confidentiality agreement.
