| Duties / Responsibilities |
Purpose of the Job: Market and promote JobStart’s range of services and diverse client base while creating awareness of the benefits of hiring our clients. Responsible to establish and manage relationships with employers and business associations to facilitate the process of connecting clients with employers in the process of recruiting, job matching and securing unpaid, paid placements, (apprenticeship, mentoring and summer jobs) that meets the clients’ employment goal and provides support to maximize job retention.
