Duties / Responsibilities	-Working in consultation with career counsellors to identify viable career plans with clients - Facilitating referrals to other project officers and counsellors -Liaising with EO project officers and counsellors -Work with client to negotiate EO purchase of training, transfer skill grants etc -Completes written reports in employment counselling activity, including individual career plans -Maintain caseload statistics and submits reports to manager -Workshop facilitation
Requirements / Qualifications	-Post secondary degree or diploma in Employment Counselling or related discipline -At least 3 years experience in employment counselling -Working knowledge of vocational evaluation -Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving ability
Schedule	Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 - one late night (Thursday)
